Our standard shipping is UPS ground. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air is normally available. Warning: Shipping NDA and 2nd Day Air is very expensive, and not all products can be shipped by Air! We may require a signature when an order is delivered. UPS may require a signature on delivery even if we have not, depending on area and insured amount of order.

    All returns must be accompanied with a RGA#. E-mail or call our customer service department for a RGA#. We will issue credit on clean and unopened sealed parts, less shipping and 20% restocking and handling fee.

    Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your order up to the time the order is shipped.
    You must receive a Confirmation that your order has been canceled to be valid.
    Canceled orders and returning orders that have already shipped will be handled as listed in the Return policy section.


    *Credit card security:
    You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet.

    We do NOT save your credit card # on our servers. You must enter your credit card # each time you place an order.

    We verify each and every credit card order on an Address Verification System (AVS) and other security systems.
    This automatically checks the Bill To address that you type in against the credit card address on file with your issuing bank. The billing address MUST MATCH the credit card address on file with your credit card company! We will NOT ship an order if we receive an "N" (no match) code or if your bank will not verify the address.
    Again, this is for everyone's protection.
    Normally,we will "ship to" another address, only if the "Bill To" address matches exactly.
    But due to increased credit card fraud, we may NOT ship until we verify the order with you and the issuing credit card company. We may also ask the card issuing bank to make a courtesy call to you to verify the charges.

    Credit policy
    In an effort to control our expenses and continue to offer discount prices, we do not offer open accounts or accept checks. We ship all over the United States and trying to collect from slow paying customers or collecting on NSF checks, is expensive and time consuming, which eventually adds to the cost of all of our parts.
    Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

    We will also accept pre-payment by US Postal service money orders. No other type of money order will be accepted.

    Policy change on Out Of Stock items (Effective July 1st. 2006)
    Our order fill rate averages 98%, but with over 8,000 items on the web site, there will be times when we are Out Of Stock on an item. In the past, we drop shipped these backorders from various warehouses around the country and we paid the additional shipping fees.
    Due to dramatically increased shipping and handling costs, we can no longer cover this additional shipping from other warehouses.
    As always, we will e-mail you on any item that we are Out Of Stock on.
    If we can find the item at another warehouse you will have the option to have the item drop shipped directly to you, plus shipping, or we can cancel the Out Of Stock item and you will NOT be billed for that item.


    Credit card policy
    When you place your order online, a Credit Card Pre-Authorization is created. Your credit card will actually be billed the day we ship your order. Any credits or adjustments would be made only to the same credit card the purchase was made with.


    Limited Warranty
    All new parts listed on this site are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days or 4,000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Excludes Electrical products (no warranty or returns on electrical)
    Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or crediting the original purchase price of any part found to be defective. This is the only warranty Makco DIstributing, Inc. is making.
    Any manufacturers extended warranties or limited lifetime warranties, if any, are handled through the manufacturer only.

    What is NOT covered
    OEM parts that have been tested by the manufacture
    Electrical products (New solenoids & switches) that have been tested by the manufacture.
    Removal or installation costs
    Damage due to accident, misuse or alteration
    Damage due to lack of maintenance
    Damage due to improper installation

    Used & Quality Inspected parts are not new and are sold as-is.


    Limitations and exclusions
    The manufacture and distributor do not authorize any person to create for them any other obligation or liability in connection with its products. This is the only warranty we make. Any implied warranty applicable to these parts is limited in duration to the same time period of time as this written warranty. We shall not be liable for incidental,consequential, special or contingent damages you might suffer as a result of our breach of this written or implied warranty.
    Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

    This warranty applies only to our customers.
    We will repair or replace any defective part, but reserve the right to see the part to determine if it is truly a defective item. If you have a problem with one of our parts, contact us by Phone, Fax or E-mail and inform us of the nature of your problem, the product part number, and the date of purchase. If your problem cannot be solved at that time, you will be given a RGA # and then asked to return the part to us. We will send you a replacement part when we receive the problem part at no charge. If we send a replacement part to you before we receive the problem part, you will be charged for the part and when we receive the problem part we will credit your account in the amount you were charged for the replacement part.
    Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or crediting the original purchase price of any part found to be defective. This is the only warranty Makco Distributing, Inc. is making.
