Use ONLY for the following Aisin 5 and 6 speed SL "Large Canister" solenoids units:
AW55-50, TF60 (09G, 09M, 09K), TR60 (09D, TF80 (AF40-6)
This tool kit from AE Automotive Technology allows for the complete overhaul of the Aisin 5 and 6 speed SL solenoids. Apart from incorrect calibration of the 5 speed SL solenoids, the main concern with them is dirt ingress. This tool kit has been specially designed to return the canister to original, then closing the entire solenoid leaving it as if it had never been apart in the first place.
The tool kit comes complete with video instructions. Very soon you will be fitting clean, working solenoids to your valve body overhaul.

Now with the help of our SL Solenoid Repair Tool you can fully
remanufacture the SL solenoids as fitted to 55-50SN, TF60 (09G, M, K)
TR60 (09D), TF80 , TF81, AF40, AW21.
These NEW industry approved alloy
composite bushes have been designed and field tested by Bluereach
Automation & Control Ltd.
Their extensive research showed that the
OE bushes were causing the solenoids to fail under high temperatures.
The bushes are available as a “Starter Kit” consisting of 12 Bushes, a
Reamer and an installer tool.

Why buy expensive replacement canisters when you can use our NEW
Connector Saver Ring? And only when a connector is broken. The ring is
simply pressed over the existing OE canister if the plastic connector
is broken. The step on the harness connector clips into place and is
held in by the ring. The Connector Saver Ring is the perfect compliment
to our ORIGINAL Tool kit and replacement bushes. Making it the
“Complete Solenoid Repair” at very low cost.
