US Shipping Policy

You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet. Any information you send us will be fully encrypted for your protection. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express (No checks). Every effort is made to ensure that Most orders are ship within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, excluding Holiday's and weekends. Our standard shipping is UPS ground. 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air is normally available. Warning: Shipping NDA and 2nd Day Air is very expensive, and not all products can be shipped by Air! We may require a signature when an order is delivered. UPS may require a signature on delivery even if we have not, depending on area and insured amount of order.


Bulkpart only ships in the USA. See Export Information and International shipping below!

All Export & International orders, including Guam and Puerto Rico, will be sent to other partner warehouses for processing. DO NOT place EXPORT or NON-US issued Credit card orders online!

Return policy (Update effective 07-01-15)
All returns must be accompanied with a RGA#. E-mail or call our customer service department for a RGA#. We will issue credit on clean and unopened sealed parts, less shipping and 20% restocking and handling fee.
  • Parts that are pre-packaged and sealed are NOT RETURNABLE once they are opened.
  • This includes all parts that are in Sealed Plastic wrap! Overhaul kits are NOT returnable if opened!
  • Always read the description on sealed kits to verify proper application before opening.
    Sorry, No returns, No credits after 30 days!
    No returns allowed on Technical manuals, electrical products, solenoids or Tools! No exceptions!


    Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel your order up to the time the order is shipped.
    You must receive a Confirmation that your order has been canceled to be valid.
    Canceled orders and returning orders that have already shipped will be handled as listed in the Return policy section.

    You may order our products and services on-line through our secure connection to the Internet.

    We do NOT save your credit card # on our servers. You must enter your credit card # each time you place an order.

    We verify each and every credit card order on an Address Verification System (AVS) and other security systems.
    This automatically checks the Bill To address that you type in against the credit card address on file with your issuing bank. The billing address MUST MATCH the credit card address on file with your credit card company! We will NOT ship an order if we receive an "N" (no match) code or if your bank will not verify the address.
    Again, this is for everyone's protection.
    Normally,we will "ship to" another address, only if the "Bill To" address matches exactly.
    But due to increased credit card fraud, we may NOT ship until we verify the order with you and the issuing credit card company. We may also ask the card issuing bank to make a courtesy call to you to verify the charges.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office for average customs times and any possible delays. There are no guaranteed delivery dates for Canadian orders. Shipping and delivery times are at the discretion of UPS and the customs office. Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination location. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary depending on location. Customs and import duties are not included in our shipping charges.

    UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program - Canadian Orders
    “Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes.     APO and FPO - Free Shipping to our Military Family

    USPS Priority Mail is our shipping carrier for APO and FPO addresses. These addresses are not considered international. We cannot guarantee shipping time to these addresses as it depends on the Military to deliver promptly. Please order early and allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.
    We can only guarantee delivery to the military and are not responsible for packages lost by the military's postal service.
